Phelps Memorial Hospital Center, Sleepy Hollow, NY

In these projects we provide design and management services to coordinate very complicated projects. Both MRI and the Hyperbaric Chamber are leading edge technology that have special environmental requirements. We do the research to learn all the requirements is project and make sure they are provided at the site. All this while we are doing the normal design and construction management for an architectural project. The MRI addition allows for a future PET scan room. When installed the Hyperbaric Chamber will be the 3rd largest in the United States. The MRI project is on hold but the Hyperbaric is under construction. Together: 5,700 sf; $2,500,000.
