A part of the Master Plan for St. Theresa in Briarcliff included new classrooms for the school, which will house the growing CCD program on the weekends but could also serve the Parish school during the week as art, science and music rooms. 8,500 sf, $1,300,000. For Fordham University we completed the new walk-in tech center on their Roseland Campus. This project was completed in a short time frame to keep services uninterrupted. For Cardinal McCloskey Services in Ossining a conversion and addition to their residence for children at risk. The changes include new bedrooms and bathrooms and a self-contained school within the lowest level. The school will include computer and science labs. Under Construction: 4,000 sf $800,000.
