Pace Unviersity, Westchester County and New York City

Since 1985, the total for all projects we have done for Pace encompass over 150,000 sf at $16,000,000. The projects include all the exciting building types you get on a diverse University campus including: new classrooms, classrooms with state of the art educaitonal media, computer classrooms and labs, server rooms, television studios, theater classrooms, dormitories, bookstores, offices, dining area, ADA compliance and sports facilities. These projects were done on all the NY City (including their site at the former World Trade Center) and Westchester Campuses of the University. We have also completed many master plans and studies for the libraries, law school, classroom utilization, departmental offices, science labs, and the campuses themselves. The projects above include a wired/wireless classrooms, bathrooms for one the dorm renovations, the bookstore facade on New York's historic Park Row and es. For a few years, Michael Molinelli was the University Architect and Space Planner for Pace University.
