New Art Room / Dining Room, Villa Maria School, Stamford, CT

Since 1996, we have completed three projects and a master plan for the Villa Maria School, an elementary school that serves children who "learn differently." Our first project was an addition for a new Art Room and Dining Room. That project also included new monumental entrances, renovated offices, and the installation of an elevator. We also completed a master plan that projects about $9,000,000 in construction for fully renovated classrooms, a new gym and an enclosed garden chapel. It also developed a prototype classroom design geared to the schools specialized pedagogy The two initial phases of the master plan have been completed to add classrooms, offices and a specialized science demonstration room. Total scope 52,000 sf.
